Who I Treat

I work with couples preparing to start a family, women carrying babies in their wombs, arms, and hearts, and with toddlers, children, and adults of all ages, shapes and sizes.

I love a puzzle, and playing health detective is my favourite kind of work. If you need someone in your corner, you want to be heard, and you are ready to share your story, I’m here to help you find the personalised solutions that will get you feeling like yourself again.

What is Clinical Nutrition?

What is Clinical Nutrition?

Clinical Nutrition is the art and science of using food as medicine to restore balance, prevent disease, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. From a functional medicine perspective, Clinical Nutritionists look beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of imbalance, recognising that every body is unique.

We use tools such as functional pathology and nutrigenomics when appropriate, and we prioritise multi-modality, integrative care for every client. By combining evidence-based nutrition with lifestyle, environmental, and individual factors, this approach represents the future of healthcare. Care that is personalised, preventative, and powerful.

Although the term “Nutritionist” isn’t protected by registration in Australia, Bachelor-qualified Clinical Nutritionists are clinically trained to practice nutritional medicine and to treat disease across all life stages. We are qualified to use food as medicine, along with targeted nutritional therapeutics and lifestyle interventions, to support disease prevention and treatment, and overall health optimisation.

The human body has an incredible capacity to heal itself. When the foundations are in place, it naturally moves toward balance. Sometimes, targeted support is needed to restore that process. From conception planning through to adulthood, nourishment is vital for growth, repair, and lifelong vitality.

Nutrition might just be the medicine you didn’t know you needed.

What It’s Not

Clinical Nutrition is not about calorie counting or fad diets. It doesn’t involve restriction, guilt, or one-size-fits-all generic meal plans. Instead, it’s a science-based, individualised approach that seeks to understand the why behind your symptoms. This empowers you to create lasting health through evidence, education, and genuine support.
